Gary Daniel
With over 30 years of automotive experience, Gary Daniel has been at the forefront of the automotive industry in leadership and performance.  Beginning his career as a technician and rising through the ranks. Gary held positions as Shop Foreman, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and eventually Fixed Operations Director. In 2015 Gary took on the general manager role for Chris Collins Inc, a training firm for automotive service operations. With the knowledge and expertise of operating a fixed operations company, Gary created and developed solutions that helped his clients enhance their performance above exceptional norms. During his time as general manager, He made custom training programs for Penske Automotive Group, Lithia Automotive Group, and General Motors of Canada, to name a few. Now, as co-owner of JDI Enterprises, Gary uses his unique combination of dealership and consulting expertise, along with his master architectural skills, to develop training programs that provide exceptional results for our clients. Gary is instrumental in making JDI Enterprises the Premier training and coaching firm for the automotive industry throughout North America. 
Jair "Coach J" Martinez
With a degree in finance from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University and post baccalaureate from the Johnson School of Hospitality at Cornell University, Coach J has more than twenty years of experience as a top performer, leader, and educator in automotive fixed operations.  Coach J is uniquely qualified to analyze your corporate training needs, design a plan that works for your employees, and deliver the tools in a manner that provide results. He has travelled extensively and worked in many different stores and cultures throughout North America, and brings a keen intercultural awareness to JDI's customized training packages.
Blake Daniel
Blake Daniel is a Data Wizard and Excel Extraordinaire, known for his expertise in data analytics that drive decision-making and operational transformations. Combined with almost a decade of Fixed Ops experience, starting as a parts puller and moving up to a Service Manager. It provides Blake a unique insight into the inner workings of Fixed Operations, and has allowed him to become an expert in using data analysis to unlock actionable insights for dealerships. His work showcases the power of data combined with real world tools in achieving operational excellence.
